The following information must appear on the paid invoice:

• the applicant's first name and surname
• the date of purchase between 11 May 2020 and 31 March 2022 (date of paid invoice)
• the type of vehicle, with the statement "bicycle within the meaning of the Highway Code" or any other proof that it is a bicycle without an auxiliary motor, or even one whose auxiliary motor does not operate above 25 km/h (pedelec25)
• the purchase price excluding VAT.

Yes, children's bikes are also eligible for grants if they are proper bikes, i.e. "a bicycle within the meaning of the Highway Code". On the other hand, children's bicycles that do not meet the definition of a bicycle (for example those without pedals – “Laufrad”) are not eligible.

Yes, if the cargo bike is a bicycle, i.e. "a cycle within the meaning of the Highway Code" (a conventional bicycle without a motor or a pedelec25).

Yes, if the cargo-bike is registered with the SNCA as a pedelec45 (cycle with pedal assistance up to a maximum of 45 km/h).
