Fraudulent commercial practices in the name of Klima-Agence
Klima-Agence would like to draw the public's attention to fraudulent practices which are currently increasing on social networks and by telephone.
Companies with malicious intent are pretending to be Klima-Agence in order to solicit private individuals and obtain contracts.
We would like to remind you that Klima-Agence never contacts individuals proactively. We only make calls if you have left a callback request in our official appointment form.

Under no circumstances do we sell services or sign commercial contracts. We strongly encourage everyone to be vigilant and not to share personal data with companies or individuals claiming to act on behalf of Klima-Agence.
How to recognise fraud?
- Always remember to check the identity of the person you are speaking to: if you have not left a callback request when requesting an appointment on our site, a call claiming to come from Klima-Agence is suspicious.
- If in doubt, do not sign anything without consulting the official information available on our site or contacting your Klima-Agence advisor on 8002 11 90 to verify any communication received.
